The international company named SigEx , is one of the spreading ones providing digital streaming and social network technologies. SigEx is a filial company of a Foundry Project, that has started in Pau, France. We asked Fréderick Artru, agreeable co-founder and President & COO to explain the idea of a project. The Foundry provides a real-business experience for young talents around the world. Currently we support students from over 50 countries. Training of the follow leaders with best-of-practice methods as Fifth Discipline, 6 Sigma, Extreme Programming, that are well known in the most prestigious universities all over the world. The Foundry offers projects based on team work, still, building each student's own responsibility. After the intensive training, we expect students to do their best. All the students are allowed to leave the project anytime they want. According to him, the Foundry leadership training gives a chance to everyone. They provide full scholarships for leadership program, while the coverage of the others depends on the chosen programs. "We provide practical experience for our students. Based on actual projects and client relationships, our students are able to create strategic communication plans, publish articles, deploy working code and promote their project with all the tools available to top companies", quotes Artru. Students of are not obligated to the Foundry or its clients after finishing the program, however many of them return to the Foundry to shift their career forward. The Foundry covers more divisions such as SigEx Foundry, filial companies such as SigEx Telecom and SigEx Ventures focusing at different areas from personal, entertainment and business solutions to technologies and trainings.
